Once known as the foreclosure capital of the world, Stockton, California will begin spending $12 million in federal housing aid in April.
Homeowner’s struggling to make mortgage and debt consolidation loan payments have left thousands of homes in disrepair in Stockton.

California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger today signed budget cuts for the state that will help close the $3.3 billion gap in the state’s budget this year.

After rejecting Microsoft’s bid, Yahoo is working with News Corp. on a possible merger.  Microsoft bid $41.6M for Yahoo recently.
